Valspar Colors of the Year 2021 feature “12 livable shades that evoke calm, serenity and simplicity,” according to a press release. Inspired by mindfulness and wellbeing, the palette aims to bring a sense of comfort to homeowners’ walls through earthy neutrals, warm organic tones and familiar blues.
Easy to design around, versatile and sophisticated neutrals will continue to prevail in 2021 bathroom color trends. The intensely saturated shade is rooted in nature which grounds any room without being overly loud. The result is a deeply comforting yet sophisticated hue that works perfectly as a primary or accent color.

21 warm neutrals, soft pastels, and bold, saturated hues complete the BEHR Color Trends 2021 Palette. Each shade is categorized into six distinct color stories but all center around the theme of “elevated comfort,” a fitting concept we all crave after this tumultuous past year.
